Clear dry discharge on tip the of penis.

So about 6 days ago I unfortunately had unprotected sex with a female I didn't know too well. I am getting tested at my public health center, however the town I live in is a very small town (5000) where over half the population are college students. So there's a bit of a wait. In the mean time I was wondering if I could narrow it down before.

Anyways I'm 24, I've noticed every day for the past 4-5 days that I'll have this dry clear discharge around the tip of my penis that covers my urethra and splits my stream every time I urinate. I don't urinate more often than usual. It doesn't burn when I urinate, there's no red inflammation or itching/pain around the tip of my penis. I haven't masturbated since I had intercourse. We did have anal intercourse, which I've never done before. I'm not too familiar with UTI symptoms. Clear dry discharge is something I've experienced before, but not for this long of a duration which is why I'm a bit concerned.

Thanks
