I had/have the same thing. I'm gonna tell you know, you have a urinary tract infection. You have to go to the doctors to get an antibiotic or it WILL NOT go away. Constipation and UTIs go hand and hand. If you are always constipated, then the pressure from in is pushing on your bladder and will give you the infection and make you uncomfortable. Try taking a laxative, and take it EVERY DAY. I've found that taking the off brand of murilax, off brand because it is cheaper. Take it everyday and it WILL take awhile to get your system regulated. So what you have to do is go to the doctors to take care of that UTI. Get your laxative and start taking it right away. STAY AWAY FROM DAIRY!!!!!! if you are constipated, it will ONLY make it worse. Good luck, and I hope I've helped!!!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
Chronic constipation can cause fecal impaction which can put pressure on the bladder and urethra and hence difficulty in urinating. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a physician for the constipation. Increase the fiber amount in your diet. The best natural sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. If still the symptoms persist then consult a gastroenterologist as you may need bulk forming or osmotic laxatives.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
