Bilateral Hydronephrosis, doctor can't see why

I have been diagnosed with mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter, bilateral but there are no kidney stone when examined through ct-scan, doctor can't see why this happens so he only gave nerve supplement cause he said it might be because of nerve irritation/dilatation. He also gave me herbal capsule to assist my urination. Been
taunting pain below my back and in my pelvis sometimes causing me chills.  What food should I avoid and is it advisable to hydrate myself too much?
