Cracks/Cuts on shaft of penis

I am 20 years old and after masturbating, some small cuts and cracks appeared below the tip of my penis, on my shaft. They would dry up and if I try to take the dry skin off it would open up again. I left it for a few days and it seemed to be getting better but you could still see it. I don't know what this is and now there are several of these cracks on my shaft. And it is also sort of itchy. Can anyone out there please tell me what this is and what I can do to get it to go away because it's making my penis look like a red and purple dalmatian, thanks.

I have the same problem it heals over time but it happens from masturbating consistently. You just have to hold off on that for at most a week and it'll get better. The cuts come from "stroking" too fast & without lubrication so its gonna b irritated. Its like rubbing your hands together for a long time and your hands get red & blistery. It's not that big a deal i used to worry about it but i just don't masturbate as much per day.

BTW I'm oly 16 & i have the same issue so don't worry X)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Do you use any soap or lotion in the area?

Differentials for this will be fungal infections(yeast infections), allergic reactions, dermatitis (contact dermatitis). I suggest you have this assessed by a dermatologist so that proper medications be given.

For the mean time, refrain from any sexual activity as frequent manipulation of the area may further injure the skin. Use only bland and hypoallergenic soaps .Keep underpants clean and dry and avoid sharing towels.

Do keep us posted regarding your physician's advise.
