Cuts on Foreskin

I am an uncircumcised male and lately i have been getting these tiny cuts on my foreskin when i pull it all the way back.
It doesn't hurt that bad, doesn't bleed, it just kinda stings a bit.
Also i have been getting these really small bumps on the head of my penis.
I get these bumps normally after i masturbate and then they go away after a day or two.
Also, when i get these tiny cuts, i put off masturbation for a few days and they go away also.
And then they kinda split open again when i pull my foreskin back
Can anyone help me out with this problem.
What could it be ?

Hello,
Chances are less likely that it is a fungal infection. However to completely rule out the possibility of a fungal infection, I suggest you to get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done. If it comes out positive then a fungal culture can also be done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Also i was looking at my foreskin and it has been kind of pinkish Only on the foreskin. It doesn't itch, It almost looks like a fungal infection. The area always looks dry and i get cuts on it. Earlier today i noticed a scab and i picked it off. A few week earlier i though it might have been herpes and I got tested for it. It came back negative and it was an igG test.
I really have no idea what to do. Could you please help me ? It is a jock itch? or something else

Thankyou

Hello,
These cuts and bumps can be due to chafing skin. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.

Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
