Penile legament injury

I am mohamed 2 weeks ago i red about PE then i start to do streching in my penis and i did so hard where my penise lenght when flascid is 3 cm and when erected is 14 cm and i did it so hard after that i felt pain inside my body where peise connected to rest of the body
Now i still feel pain beside now i can only get 50% morning erriction and i am version btw
I went to dictor he said that i have penile ligament inflammation the doctor tald me to relax and forget it for a month but i am afraid that will be permenant so please help or advise

For more info i want to share to be honest

I am 27 yo i have little experince in life since i was from school to home even now from work to home and vice versa
When i graduated from faculty of engineering i found a job easy but i was not know that life is so hard like that

Now i work in huge team since tow years they started to ask me why you didnt have a gf i tald them the truth that i when a girl try to communicate with me i just start to shy then they go away
But they started some hiw to say to me you have small penise and pullshit and one of them show me porn movies where i wasn't know about that stuffs

And he convenced me that i have small penis
Then i went to home and just started to cry every day for a year or some thing until my father know when he asked me to marry where i wase save my mony with him and i refused that

Then he took me to a doctor and he takd me that i am ok
But i talke much time to believe it and i heared the doctor said to my father that

Please advice i will get erriction again or what because i am realy worry
