Do tele-medicine or see urologist for benign tumor?

Saw a urologist two years ago after scrotal ultrasound found a tumor in one testicle. Urologist said it is 99.5% chance it is benign but said I need to do another ulltrasound for their "due diligence". I never did that thinking it was not that necessary..

Fast forward two years and I still have some doubts on whether this is really benign. Should I see urologist again or go get the ultrasound again ( referral is 2 years old so perhaps invalid )? Or do tele medicine?

What I fear is the urologist will say to get two ultraounds again three months apart. Only then will they give the seal of approval that it not worth worrying about. Is that correct or am I over thinking this?
