Hernia inguinal

Hi their so ive been dealing with depression and a couple months ago i started getting this funny feeling in my bladder like i needed to pee then pee again then a few days later my pelvic are atound my pubic bone got really tight and had pain in my right groin when i was walking that was followed by pain in my right testicle i went to the docs did the normal std check and testicular cancer check and after a while my testicle pain went away but pain when my bladder was full and pain in my groin when sitting down the doctor thinks its a hernia ive recently started getting pain in my lower back aswell they have no proof its a hernia in my top part of groin i was getting pain after ejaculation aswell just wondering if anyones had a similar story thank u
