Urethral pain, swollen veins, negative for all std

Hi I had unprotected sex and prolonged foreplay in the beginning of march and since then I have experienced testicle pain and heavyness which has later evolved into a fleshy bump on the inside of my urethra that stings and burns. It is also red and irritated further down in my urethra and I have also been experiencing swollen veins in my penis as you can see in the image below.  I have noticed that my sperm is watery and my urine is sometimes cloudy.  I really have no idea what this is my doctor won't take me seriously and the urologist dismissed me on the basis that he said every test was done and whatever it is will eventually burn itself out but I can't take the daily pain anymore there has to be a solution. Any help or feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply,
The odd thing about this is that after the encounter I had only pain in my testicles, after testing negative for all std's twice,3 months after the encounter the pain somehow shifted to my urethra and there is a bump on the meatus that comes and goes from time to time during the day and I've also noticed that the veins on my penis are enlarged and they look like there is some sort of clot.  I had an ultrasound done on my testicles but everything was fine and I'm really running out of ideas I did a yeast cleanse and now I'm taking saw palmetto and olive leaf extract just incase it may be prostate related but yet the pain still remains.  Any more insight is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Did you ever find out what this was? I have exactly the same symptoms?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be due to varicose veins or Mondor’s disease. It is superficial thrombophlebitis of the penis. This is an inflammatory reaction to a clot within the vein. This subsequently causes blockages and dilation of the vein. It is typically painless, but can be painful. In studies, patients were noted to have thrombophlebitis after a prolonged sexual act with or without intercourse. It was described as cord-like thickening of the superficial penile veins.

Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound or color doppler.

Secondly for the these symptoms Chlamydia should be ruled out. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It is possible to get false positive or false negative results with the standard tests for Chlamydia. Hence it would be wise to repeat the tests. Else you can opt for specific tests for Chlamydia which include Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT, to find the genetic material of Chlamydia), Nucleic acid hybridization tests (DNA probe test, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA, EIA), Direct fluorescent antibody test (DFA) or chlamydia culture.
