Fascia tear, kinda
Hi,
I am 15 and have a tear in my fascia. Well the bit where the head connects to the shaft.
It has been there for a month now, and only hurts if I touch it directly.
I can see a layer underneath which is painful, nerves maybe?
What should I do?
