Foreskin tightness after frenulectomy

My foreskin is way tighter than before after a frenulectomy
It´s been 2 days and today I finally retracted it to clean it. It´s way tighter though I can still retract it to the base. Not sure if I could do it erect and before this I could do that without much of a problem.
Despite this, I can get proper erections and it doesn´t hurt a lot.
They put some stiches on it so I don´t know if it´s an additional pressure and if it will heal and keep like this in the future.

Recovery is very fast from a penile frenulectomy but you may be having higher expectations for that than you should. I'd say at least 3 to 4 days before it isn't going to be painful and maybe a whole week.  You are supposed to stretch to clean it but you do so very gently. There is often swelling involved and this is why it is harder. Go easy on yourself. Also, anything strange? Check in with the doctor who performed the procedure right away. I would give yourself two weeks of being like a patient. Being gentle, going easy on yourself, don't strain.

I have barely experimented pain these last 2 days. I think I could appreciate swelling if there was but the thing is everything is at its original form and size for now, but the foreskin is way tighter. I think they may have attached the stichtes too tighly or something like that because I can´t see other explanation.
Swelling can be internal and subtle and still impact things. You're hoping for a bit too much a bit too soon. Give it a week, then call your doctor.
