Frequent Urge To Urinate

I'm a 19 year old female currently sexually active. About 3 after protected intercourse I began noticing cloudy urine. I didn't think much of it because I had seen it before but it would always clear up either the next day or before the next time I went. This time was different because I started experiencing this strange urge to want to urinate even though I had already went a few minutes before. When I do go it's always a little bit of urine I never have a time where none comes out at all. After I urinate I feel a sort of tingling sensation from where it comes out to about the beginning of the pubic area. It feels like my bladder is completely empty but is still trying to force more out, as of right now it isn't painful just annoying especially at night because I have to get up 4-5 times a night to go use the washroom. Now, today, I noticed spots of something that looks like blood in the toilet but I'm not quite sure if it came from my vagina or where I urinate (Sorry, I'm not that familiar with  some terms so bare with me) because I am supposed to be getting my period this month.

Any information would be greatly appreciated and hopefully everyone understands my explanation.

Thanks for the reply newlife222. I was reading some posts from other users who seem to have a similar issue and a lot of them say that the medication the doctor's prescribed them didn't work. I will give your idea a shot then consult a doctor if it doesn't improve. Thanks for the suggestion :)

I have had the same problem many times and I have been to the doctor for it. They called it a UTI or urinary tract infection. I was given some medicine, but it didn't help so I talk to a friend about it and she told me drink more water and a glass of cranberry juice( not cocktail just plain cranberry) every now and then. Its not the best tasting stuff but it sure helped me.
