Girth of Penis and body weight

I want to ask a question that "Is the girth of penis in proportion to the overall body weight.My age is 33 and weight about 65 kg (height about 5.10") but the girth of penis is only 4 inches when fully erect.Is it possible to increase girth if i put on extra 10 to 15 kg weight?

My penis size is real small.It it hardly 3.5 inches when erect and it's girth is also not more than 4 inches.I'm going to get married soon.Is it possible to satisfy my wife with this penis?plz reply im really nervous

How are you? Unfortunately, not enough studies show direct relationship between weight gain and penis size. The only proven method is through surgical means. Take care and regards.
