Groin pain , HELP, 2 years and still here

Right hi all, Basicaly 2 year ago i got kicked in the testicle , had a ultrascan everything was fine, went back to doctors 4 month ago and got another ultrascan etc, blood test and everything was fine. But still i get the pain, The problem now is im joining the army and have selection in a month, But im still getting a pain and am worried its a hernia, I went to the doctors for my medical and told him i still have the pain in my testicle/groin, basicaly he told me groin has nothing to do with testicle and felt the testicle/ and rubbed his hand up the ingual i think it may be callled? ( the v shape above the private bits) He said nothing was wrong, the problem is im now stuck with this pain still, it only happens when i think about it bascialy.... or when i sit/stand for long time, 2 hours +, I just need to know could this be a hernia ? even tho the doctor felt the ingual lines or what ever, Also would a ultrascan on my testicle on the side the pain is show a hernia or would a blood test show that? Ive been to the doctors like 3 times now telling him this pain yet i dont have a answer?  anyone can shed some light on if this is more then likely a hernia or what not, Im reluctant to go back to the doctors as last time i was there 2 minutes before he told me it was nothing and told me to wear loose underwear . its just a dull pain basicaly , my veins in the left testicle feel swolen compared to the right Also i cant feel any lumps apart from 2 lumps on the lingual lines, one on  each side, the doctor felt there so he shuda felt them so shouldnt be a problem, any help please

That's crazy. I have the exact same issue. I was kicked by my son approximatele two and a half years ago. Only one side hurts and only  when I wash or my pants pull in a certain way. My wife and I are seeing a fertility specialist because of my low sperm count (not sure what it was before being kicked). Ultrasound was good, going for bloodwork next week... Hopefully someone can help.
