Having Testicular aching and more symptoms?

I am worried I have a severe problem.  I have aching in my testicles, sometimes its the left, sometimes its the right, or both.  This sarted back in October after I started taking a testosterone booster.  I certainly wouldn't think that has anything to do with this.  I stopped a month into taking them because of this, shortly after the fact I cant remember them hurting bad enough to notice.  I do remember an occassional ache.  This last Saturday it started again, but worse than ever. I have lower back pain which can be severe at times, have for a long time, but this sympton never existed.  Tonight I have experienced some nausea and dizziness too.  I cant find bumps on my testicles, there appears no swelling or redness.  I dont remember any severe injury to them.  My sperm is pretty thick along with an off white color, I am colorblind so not to sure on that one.  I can take some advil and after awhile it seems to subside alittle.  I am not sure what is going on but scared.  This is an very obvious ache bordering on pain that is becoming consistent.  It has not stopped recently longer than minutes at a time.  Help, please..  Do you think I may have a disease, injury, or potential cancer?  Is it possible to have cancer without lumps on testicules?  Would any disease cause these symptoms?

Hi,
How are you? Testicular cancer is manifested with a hard lump in the testis with pain. But in your case as you mentioned there is no swelling, then the chances of cancers are very less.

But if you visit a urologist, at first, physical examination of testicles for any swelling will be seen, then ultrasound and scan if required can be done, to rule out all the possibilities. As your discomfort and pain have subsided with antinflammatories, I don’t think there is a need to worry. It could be an idiopathic inflammation or any minor trauma.
Consult your doctor if symptoms deteriorate.
Take care

Thank you for your response, its glad to know you I can seek Med. advice from a professional from home.  I have an appointment in a week with a urologist, I may not go if the symptons subside??.  My family docotor has me on anti-inflammatory and pain pills..  what all as a urologist would you test me for if i came in??  I still have no obvious swelling or redness.  Can i still have cancer if I dont have any lumps on my testicles??  The testosterone I was taking was a steriod called D-Bol, I work out alot.  This problem hasnt bothered me to much after starting the meds.  The pain is pretty much focused to my right testicle.. I dont thing I have low T because of my sex drive....thank you again for your expertise..

Hi,
How are you? Pain in the testicles can happen due to varicocele, torsion testis and testicular cancer. Nausea and dizziness with pain in testicles can occur in torsion of testis, but there would also be swelling, redness etc. Torsion of testis is considered an emergency, because left untreated can lead to the atrophy of testis and infertility.

I personally think a SERM is probably a better first step in HRT for men than an exogenous androgen. After that, DHT or proviron might be a good choice depending on how low your natural T production had fallen. Chances of development of tumors in the testis is more likely in case of over dose.
I would suggest that you visit your urologist immediately for physical examination, and ultrasound to confirm with the diagnosis of torsion or any tumor of the testis.
Best.
