MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Erectile problems may be due to an underlying organic or psychological cause .These have to be differentiated.

Organic or physical factors have to be excluded. Vascular, hormonal, neurologic, psychological and certain medications may lead to erectile problems. Examples of drug classes that may cause this condition are listed as follows:

Drug-induced
- Antihypertensives (of all classes, most common by diuretics and beta-blockers)
- Antidepressants
- Antipsychotics
- Antiandrogens
- Antihistamines
- Recreational drugs (heroin, cocaine, methadone)

I just have a few questions;

Does erectile problem happen at least 25 per cent of the time?

Do you still experience night time erections?

I suggest that you seek consult with your neurologist so that you may be thoroughly assessed.
