Clear watery discharge and itchness in my penis
I am 29 going 30 in some few months. After a week and some days I had unprotected sex with my partner, i have been experiencing itchiness in my penis(which wasn't normal to me) and also at the tip of it. I keep discharging a clear watery fluid from my penis and ends up leaving visible whitish stains in my underwears or pants/trousers. The hard part is I can't get a test because i live in a country that frown on premarital sex might be in trouble in case I'm tested positive for STIs but would be appreciative if someone help with the symptoms i have given.
