How to stop frequent urination

I'm a 31 year old male last Saturday I started having frequent urination I am 370 lbs I'm pre-diabetic African American. I've had two urinalysis a test and nothing positive has shown up they prescribed me two different antibiotics One penicillin what had no affect and the other is a sulfur base which made me have weak muscles. There's no burning or painful urination I just have a urgency to pee about 10 times a day and at night about 6 times and it just feels like there's something in my urethra often when I pee it split two ways like a water hose you apply pressure with ur thumb.
