Needless to say you need to get to a urologist right away. You don't say what volume and whether it's mixed in the urine and lightly tinged or not but getting it checked out would be the wise thing to do. I had the Urolift prostate procedure done awhile back, and I will see blood (rusty color) in the dribble after the main ejaculation of an orgasm, but the urologist says that's normal and will go away in another month of two. So if you're seeing just a small amount or very light discharge in the urine it could be a prostate or urinary tract infection which could be taken care of with antibiotics. But get it checked.
