Injured Penis

In a post about two years ago someone had this problem:
"During sex I felt a slight pop or clicking inside of my penis and thought nothing of it.  But after sex I had a slight pain on the bottom right side of the base, and this isn't the problem.  The problem is my erections are not even the same anymore; very weak.  I don't know what to do, I mean everything still works and all but the size and ability to hold an erection has decreased.  Please help me with any advice you can give.  Thanks."

I have exactly the same problem and don't know where to go.  Does anyone know of a Urologist in the Buffalo, NY area who might be experienced in treating this problem?

Mr. Dubious I was wondering if you have received treatment or what a doctor said about your problem.
Thank You
