Intercourse question

Intercourse question

This is an unusual question!  My girlfriend is on the birth control injection Depo Provera.  Since she has been on this form of birth control she has had frequent spotting.  Many times it is noticeable after sexual intercourse.  My concern is that the frequent spotting during intercourse can eventually cause harm to my penis.  Is this possible?  Can it also causes any skin conditions?  I do not want to use a condom?

An allergic reaction or dermatitis is always possible.  Of course, many STDs and diseases are spread via the blood, so this should always be taken into account.

If there is any doubt or concern about this, using a condom should be considered.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
