Hi Dr................Regarding Epididymis pain in my lft testi, as earlier i used norfloxacin and tinidazole for 10 days and still feeling pain. i consulted with uorologist and he examined me throughly and suggest blood test and urine test and both test were normal he suggest me no need to worry u r ok. so plz suggest me can i take Doxycyline 100mg or Azithromycine for few days. becaz i've still pain. plz reply me.

If the tenderness is persisting after 10 days of treatment with norfloxacin and tinidazole, it is possible that the infection is resistant to the antibiotic you took.
Ideally, have a urinalysis to detect infective organism in the urine and a culture sensitivity to identify the antibiotic that the infective organism is sensitive to. Then take and complete the course of antibiotic in the prescribed dose.
You can also consult a urologist for further evaluation and guidance in this regard and to have other problems, such as a hernia, ruled out.

Hi......I discuss u about pain in my Rt.testical and u suggest me some medicine like, Norfloxacine and Zinidole 2 times a day, so as i did and took 10 days same medicines but there is no difference i have still slightly pain in my Rt. testical (upper side) i mean when i press it then i feel otherwise if i make sex so never pain, but i wanna it finished. it must b cured becaz in future may b big problem. so plz again consider it.

Hi,
Oral sex does not have any more health hazards than those associated with genital sexual intercourse.
Certain infections of the genital regions can cause pharyngitis (such as pharyngitis caused by neisseria gonorrhea) and vice versa.
Other possible causes of infection would be if there was any injury to the mucosa by teeth or nails as these can break skin continuity and predispose to infection.
If due care is exercised, indulging in oral sex does not affect health adversely.
