Irritation inside the penis

Hello Doctor,I had a bad habit of mastarbatation.last week did it.after that I feel some unusual spots inside my penis and there after today I fell irritation while urinating.kindly suggest me what to do.I am worried a bit.

Masturbating is neither bad nor good. Most people do it at some time or another. I assume that you are not putting anything into your penis when you masturbate. Doing so is dangerous and should not be done. Depending upon how aggressive you are with stroking your penis, you may physically traumatize/irritate the skin of your penis or you urethra. I would expect that this will get better on its own, just give it some time and do not masturbate until your penis is feeling normal again.

thank you doctor,I promised to stop it.after two or three days continous travel I often found red spots inside my penis. is that genetial herpis! it cures it self after two or three days.kindly calrify my doubts.I dont have any sexual contact except my wife.I suspect is it any Urinary infection!
