Is it possible to impregnate? please help

Hi..... I am seriously worrying day & night if i could impregnate a woman cos am already treated for varicocele in 2007 when i was 25 and my sperm count increased from jus 10,000 to 20 million but the next 3 years the wreck of my life i fell into depression became an alcoholic smoker porn addict and regular masturbator. now I feel the varicocele has recurred. i could feel the same pain in my left scrotum and also have ot getting enlarged and seen hanging.
I stopped masturbation and all other stuffs, its been 15 days as of now since i quit those and having nutritious diet, but i could sense there is no strong erection or morning woods which i even had before 20 days before i quit all. and also i forgot to mention that it was paining when i used to masturbate on the left side and am very sure it must be varicocele as i have experienced it before( the left side hangs downwards and it is a gr8 discomfort i cant sit for long or stand for long). At the moment i couldnt afford  for a varicocle surgery again. Is it  appropriate to wait for a month to do the surgery or vasectomy if asked? or should i be hasty?
I don even have any experience i have seen plenty of porn but not done it in real.Is it possible for me to be sexually active? At times I feel i cant do a thing with a woman feel like am an impotent. Am a virgin. Please help

Mainly is it possible the sperm count will increase as it increased after the first varicocele surgery?

All these years i was doing it, making the arousal stroke it and when reaching the climax i hold it, the ejaculation. I guess it could be another reason for the recurrence of varicocele.

I wonder if its retrograde ejaculation occuring because of my habit of holding the *** when its about to get ejaculated. then allow the erection to subside then start it over again..

Just leave your penis alone for right now.

Also, you don't need heavy sperm count to still impregnate.If you're going to masturbate right now, at least do it once a week so you can if there is a difference in the amount of sperm coming out the penis.

What else a man can do when depressed? I was totally out. Jus a couple of hours ago i resumed again gave it a stroke not cause i couldnt resist but i wanted to or am anxious to know how semen flow is and i could sense it very clearly it has lost its quality & strength it seemed to be the way it was before my surgery in 2007, watery. And now this makes me feel very sad now, i realise i have to see the urologist asap but as i couldnt afford imdtly am waiting.Hopefully the followin week i will meet the urologist. my left scrotum is very obvious its swollen and it causes gr8 discomfort for months but i took it lightly as i was into binge drinking then,
What worries me now is, Is it possible to set it right the testicle thru varicocele surgery and will the sperm count will again increase as it was before?
it jus scares the **** out of me... am i being punished for all the sins of my past... lotsa hallucinations.. I badly need my generation which i wasnt thinking of at all in the past, sins of youthhood taking a ride over me now?
My humble query is after all these defects will i be able to give birth ?

After reading this post, I thought we agreed that you should NOT touch your penis AT ALL for 30 days or until you get some answers from the doc.

thanx for ur response. my varicocele seems to be recurred and i guess it must be either due to my frequent masturbation(daily & also doing it like stopping it at the climax then start again ,continues for nearly 3 hours and the penis remain erected througout the course). Will it make an effect? now again my left scrotum has started swolling and pain radiates to the back. am going to the urologist next week after seein the GP day after tomoro. I fear if my sperm count is lowered again to nil or something as i dint see precum when there was an erection a couple of days back, even that erection i kindled but as am stayin clean for the past 3 weeks i had half mind and i stopped masturbating half way. but it was a quite rigid erection but after i stopped i couldnt see any precum and my penis hole seemed very dry and it seemed even if its ejaculted its going to be a watery semen, after quittin all stuffs and managin it for nearly 20 days with healthy food & diet and morning walks i find this symptom so distressing.. i knew the answer is to go to the urologist or andrologist but am very worried if there s any possibility of gettin back the improvement of sperm growth again if i get treated and will i be able to give birth to a child? :( please help doc wit ya words

A varicocele is an abnormal tortuosity and dilation of veins of the spermatic cord. It is somewhat like a varicose vein of the scrotum. If you do not get a surgery done then it might affect fertility. So please get it done. Watching porn has no effect on fertility.
