MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I suggest you to get a complete panel of STD tests done especially Chlamydia if you have not got it done before. Prostatitis is usually due to bacterial infection, however sometimes it can be without infection too. It can be bacterial or non bacterial. Non bacterial prostatis is caused by those bacteria which cannot be cultured in urine specimen and some other reasons. You are probably having non bacterial prostatis. You must consult your doctor and do urine analysis for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
