Urachal cysts - Second Opinion? To remove or not?

Good day to all.

I had a gotten UTI once and my local doctor decide to send me for further checks with the urology centre. Done MRI ,ultrasound and scope and located a cysts located on my bladder. The size is about 1.1 cm by 1.7 cm and so far is not infected or cancerous. The urologist recommended that I undergo operation to remove the urachal cysts. So I would like to hear a second opinion about it. So here a few questions.

Q1. Is it necessary to remove the cysts?( I would like to avoid if possible.)

Q2. What kind of problem can this cysts carry? (aged 22 and yet to encounter anything)

Q3.Can the cysts become cancerous?

Q4 What are the risk that carries when undergoing with surgery to remove the cysts?

Side note: I have pictures showing the inside of my bladder and reports from the doctor.
