Whats the deal - I am a male in my early 30s, reasonably healthy I guess. Every now and again, I will have an episode of some mild leakage of urine following a trip to the bathroom. Some dribbling occurs, less than say the volume of a marble. It might get to the point where I will take a second trip to the bathroom, not for a full urination, but to press up on my perinium, and that action will send some urine passing through and into the toilet. This seems to clear out whatever didnt make it out the first time. I am not sure if my penis hurts, maybe just a little bit, but no heavy pain is present. This is not happening all the time, as 95 pct of my urinations are fine, but maybe in the past few months I've noticed it as it happens very intermittently (few times a month). And maybe, just maybe, I can recall this happening before, as in years past, and I simply found it amusing. My urine stream is strong, so I don't know what to make of this occasional problem. Now I have never wet myself or come close to it, or relased an amount any greater than a small stream. I worry it might be MS (i've been on the message boards quite a bit, as well as google and wikipedia) since websites say incontinence is a symptom of it... But is it an early symptom? Any ideas as to why this is happening in a young man? What should I do next? Thank you. If you respond, please state how old you are and frequency and intensity of your similar issues.
