pressure in your bladder

I'm not sure if this is prostatitis I went to the urologist back in August for pressure in my bladder like I couldn't hold it once I went it felt better urologist said I had prostatitis put me on bactrim for a month I felt better still had a burning when I pee and he said to keep drinking water so I felt better for couple of months then I started notice I had some pain in the anal area sometimes and  tightness up under the balls both went away but here lately I have had the same symptoms as before pressure in the bladder and sometimes my stream split like spray out and a dripping after I pee I don't have really any problems getting hard I know my girlfriend just had a bacteria infection in her private section I'm not really sure what it is it's starting to get really stressful
