My Libido Problem

Hi,

This is the second time I'm posting this I'm 30 years old male, I always had a very active sexual desire and no problems with getting ereciton, just two weeks ago I had I was thinking in stuff that turns me on and I had resisted so hard no to ejaculate, The next day I lost my libido were now I'm not able to get myself into having sex neither getting any sort of erection and all factors used to get me the sexual desire dose not work now!

However, I'm getting the night erection and wake up in the morning having that also but without any feelings toward sex.

Is their possibility that I've caused some damage to myself and what I need to do?

Please Help!

Hi,
How are you? Erection is caused by a combination of emotional and physical factors. Natural sexual arousal sends signals to the brain which inturn through muscles, nerves, hormones and vessels causes erection.

Emotional factors like stress, depression, anger and agression can cause erectile dysfunction. I think in your case these factors are playing a major role. Also supression of erection could have a role to play.

Due to some conditions like diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and inadequate blood supply to the penis erectile dysfunction can occur.

I don't think there is any major damage. Practise yoga, eat healthy and follow a healthy life style. I think this would help.
Take care.
