My penis got injured??

Ok, this is very weird this time round. I had sex with my girlfriend, but when she put my penis inside her, I felt some pain, then after we are done and pulled out, I realize the tip of my penis skin are bleeding, it seems that it got over-stretched or something.

I don't think this is normal as the previous times, this did not happen, anyone have any idea why this happens? And what should I do to help it recover back normally?

All replies will be very much appreciated!

Yes it is, it's on the right side of the foreskin of my penis. Is it normal?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This tear on the penis could have been due to rough intercourse without adequate lubrication and friction rub with the vagina.Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist. Also please abstain from intercourse till the tear completely heals.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
