Need some help/guidance on what to do next with these symptoms..

So for a couple months now I've had aches and pains all over my body, mainly centralized in the lower back, thighs, hamstrings, knees, anus and lower abdominals. Along with these increasingly painful aches, I have had a feeling of pressure in my testicles as well as pain there, and in the tip of my penis a painful pinching feeling. My penis tip and underneath my testicles is cold. I have a clear discharge from my urethra every so often, and it burns/is very painful to urinate. It also is starting to hurt every once and a while when I get an erection or ejaculate. I am also getting some rectal itching. I have gone to the doctor multiple times, have gotten tested for chlamydia, gonorrea, and hiv - all coming back negative. I did take antibiotics for the chlamydia as my doctor gave them to me just incase before the test results came back in (azithromycin). Ive been to emerge multiple times, first they diagnosed it as epididymitis, and gave me a one week course of doxycycline and that did not work. I went back again and this time they said it could be prostatitis so they gave me ciprolafaxine for that, and I'm on it now. Both doctors have said that i dont need to get tested for herpes or syphilis because i have absolutely no lesions or sores, but I am just insanely anxious as to if i had herpes or syphilis if it would be possible for me to have all these genital symptoms and aches and pains without any lesions or sores?
A good answer would be much appreciated, thank you.
