Nocturnal emissions every third day without dream

Since the past several weeks I've been suffering from nocturnal emission approximately every third third day, during deep sleep without any dream. It is guaranteed to happen if I feel a little fatigued at bedtime, from exercise or otherwise. I believe the brain is using the semen emission like a sedative to calm down the body during deep sleep. Should I consult a urologist or a neurologist?

Are you picking upon my being Indian? Dhat syndrome doesn't say anything about nocturnal emissions.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you are having is “ Dhat syndrome”. As defined in wikipedia, it is a psychological condition found in the cultures of the Indian subcontinent in which male patients report that they suffer from premature ejaculation or impotence, and believe that they are passing semen in their urine. The other cause can be random and nocturnal emissions. It is basically random ejaculation without any sexual excitement and involves ejaculation during sleep for a male. Both of these are normal physiological phenomena.

Eat healthy food, exercise and sleep well for atleast 6 hours.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
