Hi,
How are you? Asymmetric testicle size could be due to infections, varicocele, hydrocele, Epididymitis or inflammation of the testis. It is difficult to say what it is without examination. Minor difference in the size of the testicles is normal.

I would suggest that you consult a urologist and get a scrotal ultrasound for confirmation of diagnosis.

All the best.
