What does it mean to have both frequent urination and premature ejaculation?

I'm 19 yrs old male. I urinate very frequently both during the day and night. I have to wake up at least once or twice every night to urinate. Also, in the day I urinate for every 1 or 2hrs. I drink very little water before going to sleep for this reason. Still, I have to wake up to urinate. And this is really disturbing my sleep pattern. Also, many times, it is so urgent. I cannot control. Most of the times, the urine dribbles out of the penis and I don't seem to have control over the flow. It seems like most of the times, there is pressure in my lower abdomen.

Another issue is I ejaculate real quick with masturbation. (say 10 to 20sec). I get stimulated very easily and ejaculate very quick. I don't have any control over it and after getting complete erection, I ejaculate with just touching the penis.

Also, I must tell you this. After ejaculation (like for many hours after ejaculation), my urge to urinate frequently seems to have gone away. (most of the times)

I'm getting real desperate about these issues. Sometimes, I get anxious thinking about my future sex-life and all. Please help me
