lump in penis

I'm 18 and I recently discovered a lump on my penis about a cm below the head on the top of the shaft, a little off to the right. It kind of feels like a couple veins but it's hard. I was messing around with this girl the other day and she started playing with my ****. And after a while I started to realize that when she pulled down towards my body it was kinda irritating that area below the head so I had to stop her. So I'm wondering if it could be from that? And how long will it last? I've never had any sort of problems with my penis before and my family doesn't have a history of it.

So if there's no general treatment should I just wait for it to go away? And how long should it last? It's so annoying and embarrassing

Hello,
It looks like a sebaceous cyst. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
Hope this helps and take care.

It went away like a week after I posted that question: "I'm 18 and I recently discovered a lump on my penis about a cm below the head on the top of the shaft, a little off to the right. Last time I seemed to be able to massage it out but it would slowly fill up again. Until one day one small part of it felt like it popped inside kind of like one of those firmer pimples you get on your face, where the inside seemed to like... crunch(?) and whatever was in the whole lump drained out. I've been trying to do the same thing for several days now but it's still not going away. Any thoughts?

Hello,
It can be due to superficial lymphatice or vessels or a cyst. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
