Pain in testicle.

Approximately 3 weeks ago, me and a friend were having a mess around fight, when he threw his mobile phone at me, which hit me on the top of my right testicle.  this hurt an immense ammount, and the pain took a while to go away.  after approx 2 days, i felt like things were back to normal, however that evening i then got a pain / discomfort on the part of the testicle around about where it got hit, (it sort of feels like it is on the part of the testicle where it is attatched to the tube thing which the sperm goes up).  So then in order to not antagonise my pain in the testicles, I stopped masturbating, and the pain went away. then once i continued masturbating, i noticed that usually about an hour after masturbating the discomfort comes into the right testicle on the place where i previously described.

I am concerned as to wether this is like a major injury which could stay with me for life (seeing as i'm only 15 this is a terrifying prospect!) because the only explanation I have is that when my testicle was hit with the mobile phone, it was damaged, and it has healed wrongly or sumthing.

any suggestions as to what it is? i'm considering going to the doctors to see what he might think is up, however, i had a similar pain in the left testicle approx 4 months ago, and when i went to the doctors he reccomended i go to hospital as it could be a possible tortion, however it turned out to be an infection, which had to be gotten rid of naturally.  so i'm wondering if this is a similar thing :S

by the way, the pain which i am experiencing after ejaculation can last for a while, e.g. 5 hours, then my testicle can be a bit tender for several days.

i'm rather concerned. please someone help!

Hi.

This may just be mild bruising. The area may be inflamed and this may explain the pain. I still suggest though that you have this assessed by your urologist so that a complete physical examination may be done. A scrotal ultrasound may be requested just to rule out involvement of underlying structures. The presence of pain may indicate that there is something that we need to look into.

You physician may prescribe you pain relievers for this to help with the pain.

Hi.

This pain in your testicle is likely caused by the incident you have mentioned. I suggest you have an immediate consult with your urologist so that proper evaluation may be given. The testicles may be inflammed secondary to trauma and a scrotal ultrasound may help determine if an underlying involvement  of other structures may also be present to explain the pain.

Avoid manipulating the area until this has been assessed.

Is there any swelling, hematoma or discolorations in the area?

Any pain in urination?

Any problems with erection or ejaculation?
