Pain on right side of penis near head especially during erections

5 days ago I masturbated and after I came there were stabbing pains on the right side of my penis mostly underneath and on the head. It was by far the worst pain I've ever experienced in my genitals. The next day I saw a urologist and he told me if there weren't any surface issues it would probably go away in a few days. However, it hasn't gone away.

Sometimes it doesn't hurt at all, but mostly there is a dull stinging sensation in either the right side of the head or sharp pains right below the head/slightly on the underside. For the first few days it stung like I was being stabbed with needles everytime I hit certain parts of the right side of the head on the inside of my pants. I would wake up in the night with incredibly painful erections. In the days since the pain has  become slightly more manageable to subside and my erections are less painful, but it doesn't seem to be healing. Everytime I become even slightly erect it seems to aggravate the pain. After a few days I started getting shooting pains all down the right side of my penis and now there is a soft but prominent and sometimes painful vein on the right side of my shaft that seems to lead to the area in/near the head where the pain gets the worst.

Could somebody possibly tell me what this is and what I could do to treat this? My urologist had no answers and I've done countless google searches in the last few days with no results. I want the pain to go away so I can return to being sexually active. I can supply more information if necessary.

I am sorry that you are having this difficulty and have been unable to solve the problem.  I am a Julliard trained urologist and have been engaged in the full time faux practice of urology since birth.  Your symptoms are very specific and allow the following differential diagnosis: stab wound to the right side of your penis, dog bite to right side of penis, right side penis pain unexplained etiology.  In order to arrive at a final diagnosis, I need to know the following: have you recently been stabbed with a knife in the right side of your penis and have you recently had your penis bitten by a dog?  Do not be ashamed to give an honest answer to these questions as dog bites to the penis do not universally result from plastering your penis with peanut butter int he presence of a hungry dog.  Once you answer these questions, I will offer treatment options.

One of the weirdest parts of this is sometimes it feels like there is a breeze on the head of my penis. I'm not sure if that can help identify what this is.
