Hi,
How are you? Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are transmitted sexually by someone who is infected. These infections are usually passed by intercourse, but can also be passed through other types of sex, such as oral sex. Many STDs initially cause no symptoms. When symptoms develop, they may be confused with those of other diseases not transmitted through sexual contact.

The common symptoms are discharge from penis, pain while ejaculation or urination, pain in the pelvic area and anus, chancre sores (painless red sores) on the genital area, anus, tongue and/or throat, Soft, flesh-colored warts around the genital area, Unusual infections, unexplained fatigue, night sweats and weight loss, scaly rash on the palms of hands and the soles of feet.
It is difficult to say what is causing the pain in your case without examination. Consult a urologist for further assistance.
Best.

Hi,
How are you? Pain while passing urine after intercourse, can be due to infection. Do you experience pain while ejaculation? Also, in early years of sexual life, some people experience this discomfort, but it is better to rule out anything serious like infection or STD.
Consult a urologist for further assistance.
Best.
