16 With Phimosis (Please read)
Hey I'm 16 and I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but the only time I can view part of my penis head is when erect, I can't at all when flaccid. I've never been able to retract the skin completely (except for when I was a little kid) and I don't think circumcision is a good option for me, any solutions?
