Hi,
Thanks for writing in. The most commonCommon cold cause for pain and erection problems could be trauma to the penis in the form of penile fracture. Penile fracture is a emergency and needs immediate attention of a specialist to prevent permanent damage to the organ. Was there any popping sound, bleeding, difficult in achieving erection etc? If yes, then you should see a urologist for confirmation and further assistance in treatment.
Best
i understand what you are saying. however there was no popping sound or no blood i saw in the semen.... is it coz multiple masturbation could damage the organ? i havent masturbated since that day just to not strain the penis..... I will try after a few days.... will definately visit the urologist if pain persists..... hoping things will move in the right direction.
