Numbness In Penis and Testicles

Hi.  I'm looking for some help.  I was diagnosed with Low T a little over a year ago and since then it has been difficult to achieve an erection or orgasm even with Viagra.  However, with a great deal of effort I can still masturbate, which I do out of some ridiculous notion that if I don't use it, I'll lose it, so to speak. I masturbate by laying on my stomach and getting friction on my testicles and manually stimulating the penis at the same time.  No yanking.  The other day, I woke up with an erection for the first time in months and masturbated twice that day.  The second time I noticed that it took a while to achieve an erection but was still able to orgasm.  That evening I noticed I could not feel my penis or testicles, they feel "dead", this in turn caused a tickling or anxious feeling in the area surrounding the genitals.  The next day, the penis had shrunk annd was rigid to the touch and while it still felt numb there was a definite burning pain in whatcfelt like the head of the penis.  I went to my GP and he indicated the testes and penis looked and feltnormal to him but did find a kidney stone in my bladder and associated the pain with that.  He gave me a muscle relaxer for the bladder spasms and while it took away a majority of the pain, there is still a slight burning sensation in the head and numbness to the rest.  The penis also appears to have shrunk and doesn't hang like it should.  Should I be worried?
