Please help, urethritis???

I have had a stream of urine like someone is squeezing a hose accompanied with low abdominal pain. I had a cystocsopy and they saw swelling, but no stricture. They keep giving me antibiotics, and thinking it was ghonarea or clamidia. I keep testing negative. The last urologist went very deep with the swab, after this my stream got worse. What else could be causing this. They never find bacteria. The pain is bad. I never have pain when urinating though. Sometimes it feels like my entire penis is sore. I have seen 2 urologists. I am also worried about my female partner. She got checked and tested negative too. I am so scared, I keep getting worse. They checked for everything, even herpes, negative negative negative. They keep treating me without even knowing the cause. Is this definite urethritis? Is my female partner in danger? What else can we do? Are these urine cultires and swabs very accurate? I also get redness and a slight swelling at urethra opening on occasion. I am afraid this will kill me.

i do have a very thin stream, and i also get pains in my legs and groin area, pains from sharp to aching. it feels at times like i can feel the swelling in my urethra, like it is closed up, the feeling is tough to explain. also i have been getting a white coating on my tounge, very thick in the mornings. i am not sure if this has anything to do with it. the thin stream is very concerning. doc said there is infimation when he did cystoscopy. i also get occasional pains in proastate. sorry i left these things out.

Urethritis usually causes a discharge from you urethra. Swabs are quite accurate,  so if they are not showing infection you probably don't have one. Is there more to your story? Feels as though there is something missing.  Have there been any changes in your urinating pattern? The pain is not related to urinating? Have you explained that to the urologist? I am wondering if you are not emptying your bladder or if you have a stone in your ureter the pain from which is being referred to your penis (I would expect that the abdominal pain would be only on one side in this case).
From your description your problem does not sound to be something that would put your girlfriend at risk.
Sounds as though you need more consideration for possibilities. You do need to get back to someone in whom you have confidence (your urologist?) and tell that individual exactly what you said above. Second opinion?
