Brandon, don't be discouraged from seeing a Doctor, should be a urologist. They deal with many things, sexual health, and conditions. I can't say what remedies they may suggest. I can say, from my experience, that worry and tension can make the pain condition worse. Try to relax pelvic area, mile excercise stretch muscles. Hope in time will get better.
Hello,
Since you are having a sharp pain after jelqing, I would suggest you to consult a urologist and get an ultrasound done. Other investigations which can be done are MRI or a cavernosogram (a test where a thin hypodermic needle is inserted into one area of the penis before a radio contrast solution is injected and X-rays taken).
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Dear Doctor,
I don't know the sudden change, but my penis is in unbearable pain right now, after about a week and a half of a dull, urinating sensation. Why is this happening? I'm panicking right now it hurts so bad. Do you have any advice.
Thank you very much for your response doctor. If I may, I'd like to elaborate a little on how I've been lately.
When I tried jelqing, I did not do the recommended warm up, which I instantly thought may have been the cause of my pain. However, research told me, that there should be some type of bruising or rash because of that. However, there is no visible damage to my penis.
It has been a month, and the pain is a lot more dull, however it is still noticeable. I've been taking aspirin, and washing my penis. I feel like this is definitely nerve damage though because of the lack of noticeable damage.
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like some trauma to the penis during jelqing. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a urologist.
