Sore Right Testicle Area

So Friday night I sat in a slightly awkward position on the bed and my right testicle radiated with slight pain and discomfort at my testicle up into my abdomen. I jumped up and the pulsing discomfort went away. I rode my bike 5hrs Saturday probably did not help it much and ran 1 hr. I did my normal cancer check for lumps. No lumps, swelling or discoloration. Everything feels normal down there. However today it still aches especially when sitting. Is this just gonna take a few days for it to not be so sensitive. Is this normal if I sit wrong especially as I get older and things begin to drop. diacomfort seems to be fine in the morning and when not moving to much but as the day passes and I sit and get more active it seems to get more uncomfortable!! I have been on antibiotics for a week and have no lumps swelling etc etc. thoughts. Note I ride a bicycle and  spend lots Of hours on the bike training for ironman. Also note it's not so much my testicle that is sore when I check for lumps it is no more tender than normal. This feeling I guess follows my tube into my lower abdamon. Ibuprofen at this point works really week. Thanks in advance .

Hi and welcome. Dosent take much trama to cause that area to become sensitive to pain and bike riding is not letting the initial trama to heal. Do your wear a jock strap when bike riding?

Maybe you should. If your testicles are bouncing around it will only get worse.
