I am sorry that your problem persists in spite of your urologic care. At this point I think that you should get a second opinion; not all urologists may agree with your evaluation and treatment. I would contact a urology residency program and get an appointment to see one of their staff urologists as a private patient. A urologist with an interest in neurourology, chronic pelvic pain syndrome or interstitial cystitis would be ideal. Their is at least one such residency in New Jersey and several in New York City and Philadelphia.
Good luck in your quest!

WHAT DO I DO NOW? Went back to the urologist, tell him of the same symptoms I had since the last visit. Let him know its gettin worse, and he basically tells me to chose which is the worse symptom the weak bladder or the premature ejaculation. i tell him if i had to chose id say Prem ejaculation becuz it hinders any type of physical relationship with a woman. I cant stand goin to the bathroom every 40 -60 mins as well but I chose the prem ejac...He then prescribes another anti depressant for me. tells me to take it 2 hrs before sexual activity and tells me otherwise there nothing else he can do for me...I honestly donot know wat to do...I feel constant pressure in my testicles the urge to pee all the time and the premature ejaculations...pain is also accompanied ...what can I do , where can I go...I know there are other Urologist in NJ but if theyre all just going to tell me the same thing whats the point ...I honestly cannot live like this for the rest of my life...I need help

A neurological disease could be the cause of both symptoms. Urinary frequency can be caused by a urinary tract infection, anxiety, a compressed spinal nerve, a neurological disease and can rarely be the symptom for a stone in the ureter. If you have not experienced any change in your night time urinary frequency since onset of your symptoms, an emotional cause would be high on my list. The fact that you were treated with an anti-depressant does not mean that you were thought to be depressed. Antidepressants retard ejaculation and are often prescribed for this side effect. Certainly, however, anxiety and depression can figure into sexual dysfunction. I would push for a full work-up at this point to consider all causes. I would get an emotional and possibly a neurological evaluation if nothing is discovered otherwise.
Good luck!
