Problem Urinating

Hello I'm 15 years old and am having great difficulty urinating. This all started about 2-3 weeks ago where it started out with burning on tip of penis and after I peed it burned as well. I saw my family doctor and said that it could be NOn gonorea STD but I'm not sexually active. He prescribed with some antibiotic for it and those problems went away but I still had a problem urinating. My doctor said it could be a nuralogical bladder and I should get an MRI just in case. The day after I was told that I started to feel tingling pains in my legs and arms and had an anxiety attack and my mom rushed me to the hospital. After a good wait I got the MRI and found nothing wrong. Another few days later i got to the point where I could not urinate even if I tried taking a shower or bath. I was rushed to the hospital and given a catheter catscan on my stomach and a ultrasound on my testicles. Nothing. I was then given an appointment if my uarlogist and he gave me a ultrasound on bladder and kidneys. Nothing. He said that this could be anxiety from school added onto this whole situation. I was prescribed celexa and its been about 2-3 weeks I've been on it and no change. Sometimes when trying to urinate it gets to the point where I feel the urine coming but something triggers it to stop peeing and only a bit comes out and have to struggle getting the flow to start. I can't pee standing up or sitting on the toilet and find it easier to pee while in the bath but still have to get the flow to start. I was then prescribed flomax just in case the celexa doesn't work in another 3 weeks. This is it and would like to hear from whomever on my issue. Thank you.

I forgot to add that I feel like something is stuck in my throat which just started earlier today and is underneath my Adam's apple and is dull pain if i touch it. I looked this up and could be anxiety.
