Prostatitis...

To whomsoever can answer these questions;

First; I wanted to know if there are any (natural) antibiotics that can effectively treat prostatitis ?

Second; Can cancer cause the (exact) same symptoms as prostatitis ? Which are quite similar to a UTI (urinary track infection) i.e discomfort in the area of the bladder, blood in urine as well as semen occasinally.

Thirdly; are prescription antibiotics the (only) remedy in effectively treating prostatitis ? Can yeast infections  contracted during sexual activity with a woman contribute to prostatitis ?  And i'm serious about this too... Trust me; this  question was not asked out of ignorance or stupidity.
Way too many doctors simply ignore this...

Fourth; Is prostatitis life-threatening ? And exactly what causes the blood in urine/semen ? Its quite odd seeing blood without a noticeable injury and yet; experience no pain whatsoever upon urination. With the exception of the very odd feeling in the urethra...

And my final question is; Exactly how long is the recovery time from such an infection. What I mean is, approximately how long will it take for (all) of the symptoms to subside after treatment begins ? How long will it take before theres no more blood in ejaculate and odd urethral feelings etc... I'd like to have sex again sometime soon...
