Red scrotum, Epididymal Cyst, Urethra Inflammation

(This introduction may be unrelated to my ailment but its worth mentioning) Upon returning from a cruise to Belize, Honduras, and Mexico I noticed a cold sore on my lip. It was my first and only outbreak that produced a lesion and I immediately went in for testing. I tested positive for HSV-2 which was surprising because it most commonly affects the genitals.)
I have never had a herpes outbreak on my genitals but soon after the first cold sore on my mouth, my scrotum and urethra became red. I experienced on and off testicle pain and tingling sensations. Also, on a few occasions I have felt a stinging sensation on the tip of my penis. I have no pain urinating but I do have slight incontinence because I dribble urine for 60 seconds after peeing. Sometimes when I sit down a small amount of urine comes out.
First I went into a walk in clinic. The doctor told me it was not herpes but recommended me to a dermatologist.
The dermatologist diagnosed me with contact dermatitis. He prescribed all sorts of antifungal and steroid creams all of which failed to help. (Seemed to make it worse)
Then I went to a general physician who thought it was a STI. He tested for ghonnerea and chlamydia which came back negative.(Ive been tested for those 3 times, all negatives). My STD tests were all negative.
He then gave me an antibiotic shot and small dosage of antibiotic pills. (Maybe it was a placebo but my symptoms seemed to lighten up for a while but did not vanish completely.) Upon returning he sent me to an ultrasound specialist. They found an epidydimal cyst on my right testicle.
I was then referred to a urologist who diagnosed me with epididymitis and urethritis. He prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs first. After swelling subsided but other symptoms persisted he prescribed antibiotics. After those failed to cure my symptoms the doctor performed a prostate exam and diagnosed me with a prostate infection. (Which is weird because he said in previous visit it wasn’t an infection because it wasn’t spreading)  He prescribed stronger antibiotics that he says target the prostate(Sulfamethoxazole-tmp DS Tablet). Those did not cure me either.
Now, I am going back to this urologist tomorrow to have a camera inserted into my urethra. Yay.
I have had unprotected sex with four girls in my entire life. I personally don’t think this is a STD. I think it’s either a severe infection or I caught some crazy ailment on my cruise to Mexico, Honduras, and Belize.

What is this???
