Glass like pain/burning when urinating.

I've always for some reason had UTI's and I don't know why cause I'm 22 and healthy, but for some reason they always come about every now and then. Well, today I was going to the bathroom quite frequently and I barely could urinate. I went again and I was in SO much pain. It felt as if glass or a razor blade was about to come out of me and I had such sharp, burning pain. I've had infections before, but this was the first time it happened to me like this. I actually started crying from the pain, and the bf tried to help me as best he could but there was really nothing the two of us could do. I went home and actually went a little, but it was still sharp, glass like pain. I remembered that we had amoxcillin from my brothers doctors appointment last month, and so I took one of those and drank a lot of water because I know that it is used for infections.

Anyways, I took a long nap, woke up and actually urinated a bit but it still really hurt to do so. I don't know what to do because its the first time it happened this way and Im not sure if it even is a UTI or what not. I just don't want to go to the doctor or anything. I'm doing much better than before but still I'm not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the occasional burning as well. I will go and it won't hurt at all other times it burns/stings badly. I been to the doctors and I have no UTI. Last month they treated me for possible BV, but I still am having problems. Anyways there is a test called AZO that you can get at the store to see if it is a UTI.

Anyone? I woke up today went to the bathroom and it still hurt, but not as badly. It's odd because at times it doesn't hurt at all and then suddenly it'll hurt just as much as it did at the beginning. I'm confused.
