I am unable can't get an erection, could it be anti-anxiety meds?

HI I'm just entering middle age. Two years I changed jobs, moved states and my wife and I officially separated, I started being treated for anxiety using paxcil. Due to the weight gain component of the drug I switched meds to trintellix. The drug works fin weight gain stopped and we increased to the normal dosage. 4-6 months went by and I started having issues getting an erection. Then 1 day I got an erection was masturbating and lost the erection and its been an issue ever since. I explained it to my I spoke with my PCP and he thought I should see a Urologist. Scheduled an appointment and he looked over the drugs, took a blood test and saw that my Testosterone was almost below the low scale (304). He started me on supplementation. Testosterone rose to around 535. I still cannot get a spontaneous erection. I can look at porn, see a gorgeous woman, see someone that turned me on and caused me to get excited a couple months ago and nothing. It almost feels like every is sitting at the base of my penis waiting to rush into the shaft at any moment it just won't and doesn't. I've looked on the internet and have seen that many of the men on trintellix have erectile dysfunction issues. I have never had anything like this in my life. scares me to death.  It's like your fingers not working how do you pick your nose or write your name or wipe your butt. I'm not completely off the trintellix yet I think that will take several more months It's my understanding the 1/2 life of the med is longer then most SSRIs. I'm starting to date and this is starting to more anxiety then what I had before. So...will getting of the anti-anxiety med work or is there something physically wrong that I need to keep pushing the doctors to keep testing? Thanks

I suggest you return to your PCP and see if you could try another SSRI such as Lexapro, for example, to see if your present condition improves.  You'll probably need to taper down your present med before beginning a new one to avoid any problems in that regard.  Otherwise, you could go back to a lower dose of your present drug if it is enough for your anxiety issues.  In either case, your doctor should be involved.
